From all reports, The Portland, Oregon Waterfront Blues Festival was a big success - good crowd, great weather and super blues.
The budget was a little tighter this year, which probably accounts for the proliferation of Portland bands represented, but some classics represented there as well.
Blues stalwarts, like Charlie Musselwhite, Sherman Robertson, Joe Bonamassa and others put the meat on the bone and helped to bring blues lovers to Portland form around the world.
I'm looking forward to next year's festival already!
